The season may be reaching its end as fall approaches and trees begin to shed their leaves but our ride thru the beautiful hills of Inishowen was run at a pace more in tune with the middle of spring. It was remarkable to note the improvement of many of our newer members as Brendan M, Terry Mc, and Ciaran O' charged down the Ture straight ... On Sunday FCC is holding the Glenveagh Escape tour. This is a 65 mile run thru some beautiful countryside. Fergal and Gavin will be leading this tour and look forward to your company. Please drive to Letterkenny, and meet in Mount Errigal Hotel Car Park ie the one across the road from the hotel at 8 45 am to leave at 9 00 sharp. So we headed for Donemana into a fair wind with plans to come back by Lifford and St Johnston. On Saturday 3 FCC riders represented the club at the 100 km ride organized by good friend Peter Jack to support the worthy Samaritan charity.
