Special thanks to the guys at Castlereagh CC for yet another well marked course, great sandwiches and a warm cup of tea which kept my spirits up. Last year my wife was at Cushendall and had brought some spare dry clothes for me and Simon. Nicola is intending to do the same this year so if anyone would like to put some spare clothes/ gels/ drinks etc into the car could you please arrange to have them with me by Saturday. Two runs are available 60 miles and 30 miles. The Gort na Drum is preparing an after event barbeque, (just outside their well stocked bar). The BBQ is free to all event participants and supporters. They are also covering event costs. Therefore 100% of money raised goes straight to our chosen funds. 80% of entry fees/donations to Marie Curie, 20% to David McCall Foundation. We can promise ...
